Terms and Conditions:
La Mode College is committed to providing the best possible education to help you achieve your short and long term career goals. Below are some of the terms and conditions for studying with us.
All courses are given 12 months to submit assignments- and include lifetime access to the course materials.
Certificates of recognition will be granted after assignments have been successfully completed. If assignments are not successfully completed after first submission, each student is allowed unlimited submissions of your assignments until it is to satisfactory level. Your tutor will work with you until your work can be passed. Certificates will be printed out and posted to the address that we have for you on file.
No refunds or cancellations will be given due to change of mind. You can cancel your course, but you are still obliged to pay any outstanding fees on the course. Cancellation just means that you wont be required to complete the assignments.
We offer a guarantee to our students that the programs that we teach are of highest quality, and deliver on the promises made, and contain the training that is listed in our course curriculums. If you feel that any of the course does not meet to the claims that have been made, or the outline in the course curriculum, please contact our course director within 60 days of purchasing the course by email: email@example.com. We will do our best to address the issue at hand, update any resources and send you any updated templates or course materials. If we are not able to satisfy your request, we will refund your course fees in full.
Our payment plans are setup to assist students in paying off their course fees over a few months. You can select weekly or fortnightly payments to be debited from your credit card, debit card or bank account. Please note that it is cheaper to pay for your course upfront. Payment plans work out to be $90 more expensive then paying for your course fee upfront and in full. This is to allow for admin and merchant facility charges in-cured in setting up your payment plan, and keeping track of your payments.
If you signed up for a payment plan and find yourself experiencing financial hardship and cannot pay the nominated weekly or fortnightly payment, please let us know promptly by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. On a case by case scenario, we are able to either reduce your weekly commitment, or give you a one month payment vacation, in order to help you get ahead and catch up before resuming your payment plan. Payment Holidays need approval prior to implementation.
All courses are given 12 months to submit assignments. If for any reason, you aren’t able to complete your course within 12 months, you can apply for a course extension. Course extensions can be purchase for $50, and they will grant you another 12 months to complete your course.
